What do investors Receive?
How much return would I receive?
Investors would receive a bond against the company that pays 5% APR in monthly installments. This APR would increase 1% every 3 years until reaching a maximum of 7% APR.
Why not just go to a bank?
Mostly ideologically. We would rather generate secure investments for real people in our community than to feed our hard efforts into the banking system. We maintain a growing income, significant equity and a growing credit score. It is our assumption we would be able to attain a loan for any emergency needs. We see potential expansion as an opportunity to grow our network and capabilities rather than an emergency endeavor.
How do I remove my investment?
The bond is a 3 year commitment. You will be notified 6months prior to the end of the commitment. You then have 3 months to inform our bond management company. No communication will trigger an additional 3 year commitment (at the additional 1% APR when applicable)
How do investors relate to community operations?
Bond investors are not involved in the operations of the organization. Current or historical live-in resident owners are the decision makers for the ongoing operations. Bond investors do receive many VIP perks and access to resources we maintain and generate.
How secure is my investment?
Your investment is backed against our company. Meaning it is secured by both the real esate itself that has significant untapped equity, AND the company itself that has been generating significant YoY growth from rent, guest stays, and events.
How much will this investment impact Wild Seeds Ranch's valuation?
This would be a significant opportunity. We are currently working to designate our property as a small school/education work camp. The addition of more acreage would greatly expand our opportunity to full value all the services we offer the community.

In addition to providing more housing, this would also create additional resources and culture in your extended community. Projects underway include: Tool library, creation of additional workshop spaces, hosting more classes/events, creation of addional vanlife/rv spaces, creation of additional verdant farmland and gardens, and hiring of local artists and creators. As well as the establishment of public laundry and concession offering to our camping guests.
