Italian Roadtrip Recap
In November 2025 we hosted our first Castle Quest roadtrip through Italy. Our mission was to experience several regions and assess properties for community living, leading up to the “Three Lakes Estate” in Umbria that Jordan found. Over the course of three weeks, we explored three regions of Italy, visiting 9 properties, 2 communities and various cultural sites. We traveled from Piedmont to Milan and the lake region, then headed down to Lago Trasimeno in Umbria.
Our core team met each other in person for the first time and we hosted several other potential contributors. The greatest outcome from our experience was building these relationships and planting the seeds for our future community and business. Can we live, build and create with these humans? The answer is YES.

Three Lakes Estate
Our road trip in Italy culminated at a 16,684 sq ft estate set on over 376,000 sq ft of land near Lago Trasimeno, Umbria. This property is already designed for mixed-use living and hospitality — making it a promising foundation for a creative, wellness, and innovation-focused community.
The estate includes 500 mature olive trees that produce high-quality oil, creating opportunities for sustainable farming and farm-to-table living. The grounds feature a 20-unit village of private apartments with kitchenettes alongside a 6-bedroom Tuscan villa with its own pool deck and panoramic views. Just minutes away lies Lake Trasimeno, Italy’s fourth-largest lake, surrounded by villages, vineyards, and beaches — adding year-round cultural and economic value. Together, these elements make the estate a strong foundation for an international community rooted in creativity, wellness, and authentic Italian living.
We are currently in negotiations on this property and will move forward with an investment raise if we’re able to reach the right deal.
